Default Polished Stainless Steel Rear Fender Extension

Does anyone have these on their bike and could post a pic? HD part number 60197-08. Can't figure out what this is supposed to look like on the bike.

I believe it goes UNDER the rear fender at the front of the rear tire. I think it replaces the black plastic cover that you remove to gain access to your alarm electronics..

Keno is right, it replaces the bulky plastic splash guard.Really cleans up the rear end of the bike if that's what your after. This is not a very good pic,but if you look close you can see it in front of the tire.I powder coated mine black,it really just disappears in there.Check the second pic to see how much it opens up the rear of the bike and yes you can do it without removing the rear tire, but it's a bitch.

Sweet, I was going to get one, but decided not b/c I thought it was a cover for the black plastic mud guard. Now that I know it replaces it, I'm definately getting one. Thanks again Dr. Greenthumb.
