Hi everyone I have a 06 standard that ive done alot of work to. I put the arlen ness lowering kit on it acouple of years ago and was wondering if I should use the recommended amount of fluid for the front forks (12 ounces) or should I add alittle bit more then what harley says. The reason for me asking is every now and again when i hit a bump it sounds like im hitting the bump stops, i hear a pinging noise. Anyone have any suggestions or comments. Thanks
My front end is not inverted it just has tin covers.
basicaly the same except maybe the tube diameter.
Harley makes two sizes.
I do notice a klunk when going over RR tracks but not a ping and not on the road. Unless of course I hit a pot hole - then I hear my teeth rattle
