08 Heritage
rear wheel doesn't turn as free as I expected??
I just bought a jack was & using it to clean wheels
is there that much going on between the belt & transmission??
(kind of tough to describe just seems too tight)
any ideas

Yes. Kinda surprising isn't it? I had the same reaction the first time I had mine up in the air. Cleaned the front and moving back started to turn the wheel.....hello...but it helped me visualize how it all is linked.

Your brakes will have a little drag, your back wheel weighs about 1 ton and your belt is still spinning the primary and transmission input shaft. Although it's still in neutral, things are also turing.
