Default Beach Bars on a Heritage?

I need some input from members who have transformed their Heritage with Beach Bars.

Pics would be nice.

I've seen them (looks good depending on color of bike...total look thing) and rode them (I liked them). Depends on the bars. If they're wide enough, they won't come back into your thigh when turning around the garage, driveway, bar, etc.... The position is pretty good.
Best,
John

I don't have a heritage but I love them on my Fatboy. Almost the same bike. I used to be really into drag bars but since I've ridden with beach bars I've changed my thinking.

Are those the HD Narrow Beach Bar Handlebar or the new HD Beach Bar Handlebar?

I just put Heritage bars on my wife's Deluxe. Deluxe bars are pretty beachin'. If you are interested in buying them, let me know. I'll let them go cheap if you'll pay the freight. If you are not sure if you would like them or not, run by a Harley shop and see what you think.

They are not the narrow HD beach bar. I think they're just listed as 1 1/4" beach bar in the 2007 book. I'm not sure if there is a difference? Haven't seen the new book.

Check out the Klockwerks bars. They are like the deluxe bars, but 1 1/4 thick, chrome, setup for internal wiring, and put you out a bit wider and just a hair more forward. I've been grinnin ear-to-ear since i put them one.

I had them on my Fatboy for a few months, they look great but the slightly-forward position gets hard to sustain on long rides (I'm 6-2). I since went with the drag bars with a more standard cruising hand position. If your rides are short go for it.

Loved them on my Heritage Springer. Very comfortable riding position. Logged many miles.
