Same motor as above, removed V&H Longshots and replaced with V&H 2 into 1 Propipe with competition baffle.

Added a VPC which removed the clutch slippage.

It's all mid to upper RPM power, fun to ride when she gets going!

Those are some pretty nice numbers! I'm running something very similar to your set up on my 03 Heritage.

add some head porting and you may have a chance to get 100hp...

without it if you got around 100Tq and 90Hp would be a good build...

Default Stock Heritage Build

96" was so much fun, pic at the bottom, 117" has to be better. 117", ported heads, bigger valves, 58mm throttle body and intake and much more. The builder claims it should have 130 hp and 130 ft pound of torque!

Baker direct drive 6 speed

Wilwood calipers and rotors

HD wheels and pulley

Hey

Scanning the post and someone wanted

to see a build on a stock bike. I have a 2001 Heritage I bought for under 8 grand and put about another 6 into it. About 1500 of that was cosmetic. Before I had this bike I had a new 2006 Heritage that had a stage one kit and that was about it, this bike is so much more fun to ride.

Hey guys,

Just had the 120 dropped in, and i am wondering if anyone on here has a dyno sheet on one. i am hearing lots of different numbers from guys on 120's. some are saying only 120tq, some are saying 140. My dyno isn't until Sept, and just wonder what to expect out of this motor. I did change the Cams to Woods 408-6. should i be expecting something in the 130's?

thanks

Thumbs up HP

Hello Rad; With that cam I think you'll have a great torque monster. I did a 124 with lower compression(starts out at 10.2 to 1 and with other factors comes out to 9.8 to 1) and ended up with 127hp/132 torque with the tq peaking at 3200. Perfect for me anyway. What are you using for a throttle body? I use a 58mm hpi. Getting in the mid 40's and as high as 48 mpg. Awesome for going down the road.
