Default Fatboy with S&S 107"

I'm on a break in tune yet but so far I'm at 110hp 122ft lbs. I would imagine there isn't a lot more in final. But I need to have 500 easy miles first they said. I have Cnc heads, 585 cams, domed forged pistons 10.8:1 compression, exhaust ect. 8k in parts. Not sure if it was worth it but it sure hauls *** for a Harley. I can send you the list of parts used if you would like. I would use Hals HD Cnc heads for your build. They produce gobs of torque!

By the time you buy all the little things internally and clutch upgrades it starts adding up fast. It was only supposed to be 3 k then it snowballed. I did a lot of things that do t make power but make reliability. I got a steal of a deal on this Fatboy to start. Then the case seal was leaking because it was a new bike that sat for 5 years. They gave me 2 years factory warranty. So since they had to take the engine apart they said if I do an engine package there is no charge for labor to install it. Just dyno time. From a 96" to 107" it's a huge difference. I have rode big bore sport bikes a long time so they all feel slow to me but fun. Most of all much more comfortable! I'm getting old.

You're right it does add up quick. With what I put in my 98 I could've bought 2 more. That's not an exaggeration either.... the **** builds quick......

I'm sure with what you have, it's a hell of an ride.... sounds good man......

I dont have my DYNO print out with me just found this post, but.....05, FXSTI, 88B stage 1, power commander 5, Cobra hp 2-1, mapped for pro pipe 2-1 (no maps avsilable for cobra through PC) 79.2 hp 85.3 tq.
I see zero need to mess with displacement i eat up 95/96 and 103" DYNA and FXST of all kinds of configs regularly. Ive tried a few 2-2 pipes w and with out crossover absolutley and a few 2-1 of varying length etc. But i love the cobra 2-1, changed where i developed power and how long the power is made. Would avoid 2-2!! Remember the 88 is a stroked 80!! Wind it up!! when im riding 1,2,3,4 gear builds power all the way to the limiter. 93 mph shifting out of third, run 4th till 118 mph, 5th runs up to 125 or so then runs out of power around 3200 rpm. 128 mph

so im Getting ready to go in with 2012 cam plate, pump etc, woods TW6-6R Conversion cams (510 lift 240 duration) builds power up to 5500 rpm , comp roller tapets, screaming eagle adjustable push rods, should push the hole power curve up where i want it!? (Hopefully) install, heat cycle, remap, ride and we will see!!

Am hoping to get this started and filled quickly.

This link will take you to a Map of the US/World. If you are or know of a Dyno shop or a Tuner please pin point their location and information for others.

If the Dyno Shop has a Trike Dyno please note that as well.

If the Shop specializes in a certain tuning product, please notate that too.

I hope to soon have a world map of Dyno Operators and Tuners so all can benefit.

Thanks

-Wiz
