Default Custom model A taillight?

Was checking out the Dyna section and came across a thread where someone wants to put a custom model A taillight instead of their stock taillight. I think this would look great on my bike if I could find a way to mount it where the stocker is without too many mods. I might just be out of my mind, but how do you think this would look?

Won't work, tried of it myself. Ended up changing the whole rear fender and put on a '39 Chevy tail light that was converted to LED.

Idea? Get 2 and replace your turn signals. If I remember right there are 2 bulbs in a '29 ford tail light. You could use the smaller (lower) section as a turn signal and the 'stop' section as a tail light. I can't tell what bracket you are using for the license plate but you could move it up to cover the hole where your tail light is now. Just an idea???

Any ideas on how to mount it? I would like to put it where the stock light is. I would have to relocate my signals at the same time. Someone photoshop it please?

Drill a hole on the side of the light, use a spacer of some kind, remove the lens and use an allen head bolt (same thread as where your signals are now) and attach.
You might have to play with stacked washer until you find out how far away from the fender struts you want to be or where ever you are going to mount them and then have your 'bracket spacer' made.
Where are you thinking of re-locating the turn signals to?

I was thinking a deluxe style signal bar or street glide one maybe. I am not sure about mounting as the rear fenders on them have small indentations where the signal bars mount.

I put the deluxe signal bar on my 03...just measure 10 times..drill once...indents on the fender were not needed.
