York,Pa open house
Well, got to the open house this Saturday, and we had a bit of rain, so attendance was not what was expected............. it was a good time and great to see where my x-bones had been built.
For those not there, they opened the softail operation side of the plant, and also the touring side. Everything from the raw state,,,Frames, Gas tanks, Rear softail fabrication/welding, cowbells, front and rear fender application to include the painting.
They where today (building touring -super&ultra glides.......) very cool stuff.
Saw alot, and enjoyed the day..
Will be back again next year, hoping for better weather for sure....................

I went on Thurs. to avoid the rain. I have been there before on a regular weekday to take the tour. During the regular tour you only get to see the Touring bike facility. I do agree it was nice to see the softtail plant. I to also got to see where my Cross Bones was built. Oh and you were not able to take pictures inside the plants. I had to get one of the open house shirts because it had a Cross Bones on the back. This is one event I will definitely be going back to.
