Default Lyndall z-pads Dennis Kirk Website

I ordered a set off their site by putting in my year, make and model and it only listed one pair the rear.
They were the wrong set, 07, so I gave them a call, 24/7 support.
They found the right part number with some doing. They needed say lyndall number 7256 z-plus to find their number.
They then transferred me to customer service who admitted it was their websites fault. They send a return postage slip in your package.
All I had to do was fill it out, explain why returning, what I was returning and the parts I needed.
They are even sending it back to me 2nd day at no charge to me.

Of course I haven't sent it yet but so far it has been excellent service.
The tech guy said the website is often wrong so be warned.
I should have checked more on lyndall's website myself before ordering but who knew...

Thumbs up

I have ordered many times from Dennis Kirk and never had a problem. Glad to hear that if I ever do, it will likely be taken care of with a minimum of inconvenience to me.

I order my lyndalls from Cycle spot. It's less expensive and have not had a problem.

Cycle Spot is not currently taking orders. From their website:
We apologize for the inconvenience, CycleSpot is temporarily closed due to a family emergency.

Current orders are continuing to be processed and shipped as they arrive if the items are available, but until we can devote the attention to our customers that you have become accustomed to, the store will be temporarily closed.

If you have an RMA or a cancellation in process, we are working to get them finalized and credited back, we appreciate your patience during this time.

Thank You for your Understanding.
Besides, Dennis Kirk has a price match + $1 off policy, so there's never a need to go elsewhere unless they are out of stock.

I knew! I went through the same and found the 07 used the same caliper on the rear as the 06 front and rear. I think they were left over parts moco needed to get ride of. even my dealer showed the rear and front pads the same. They are not. I have a photo of the parts. I use number 2 and 4 on the rear.

I just wanted to follow up. I received my correct pads Friday and installed them today. I will definitely recommend them to anyone but just make sure you are ordering the right part to avoid any of this. I usually make sure but dennis kirk is a huge name so I figured their site would be right and just never looked in to it...
