Default hello all, made the jump

hi everyone, after not riding for several years i got a 09 nightster. now i loved the bike but couldnt that comfort zone i wanted so i went down a few years to a 04 fatboy but im very very pleased with my desision. i feel like im in a caddy, very smooth riding bike.

Yeah... been a lot of people make the same mistake...

Though I still have my Sportster and ride it probably more than my 08 X-Bones...

It is not nearly as comfortable...

Sporties are definitely less stable than the bigger bikes....I had a 1200Custom and it was fast but not nearly as stable on the highway

Same here, felt really top heavy. It was hard for me to understand how such a bigger, heavier bike would be so much easier to handle.
