I'd have to say it really depends on what kind of wheels you like/want. For laced wheels, I highly recommend http://www.ridewrightwheels.com/
If you're into billet wheels that is another beast altogether. I think you have to browse, find a style you like then shop around. I do agree that HogPro is a good source!
