Default used Deluxe: is it lowered?

I bought a used Deluxe this spring. It only had 3000 miles on it and already had most of the mods I would have done anyway. So far it has been a great bike. All I have done is bought some Boss bags, a fender bib and highway pegs. I am going to get some Xied's and possibly lower it. Maybe some apes down the road. My buddy thinks it is already lowered. I have looked at some lowering kits but I am not sold yet as the bike fits pretty good right now. I am pretty short (5'7").
Can someone confirm for me if this bike has been lowered or not? I have included some pics. What are the pros and cons of lowering the bike?

It doesn't look like it is to me. Your showing 4 threads on your shocks, so those are set to the softest shock preload setting. With factory shocks you should have about 4 1/2" of ground clearance at the lowest point.

The Deluxe comes approximately 1" lower in the rear, then the other Softails, except for the Scremin Eagle Fat Boys. They have the same setup as the Deluxe, in the rear. Your shocks are at the softest/lowest setting. If you adjust them to the firmest/highest setting it will raise the rear 5/8" if I recall right. I measured the rear of mine at both the lowest and highest setting, and that is the amount that comes to mind.
