Default What size spacer for DNA Mammoth rear wheel?

I spoke to the guys at KC International about the DNA Mammoth 52 wheels. The said if I use on of their pulley's I will need a spacer to make everything on the rear wheel line up. Anyone have any idea what size spacer? The sell them in 1/2" and 3/8".

I have the DNA Mammoth's. Also have their pulley and went with the 1/2 inch spacer I beleive. I think it depends on the bike year.

Thanks, mine's an 06. I did a search and found a thread from Harleyjoe03 and he used a 9/16 on his 03 Heritage. Any info will help. How do you like your wheels? I am looking at getting the 18x3.5 on front and back. Can't wait.

Love the wheels and get a lot of compliments. But man are they a b*tch to clean. They aren't like the smaller spokes that don't show much because of the size. These wheels show up everything from dust to a water spot. I've got a routine down now but it is time consuming. Just glad I live here in CA where the weather doesn't force me to clean the bike so often.

Warg... on my 07 I have the DNA sprocket Super Spoke... I had to use a .200mm spacer. (3/8's?).

Not sure what the differences are from an 06 to 07. Pretty sure they use the same hubset. Anyway... I ordered one from Dennis Kirk. Around 8 bucks.

Also, if you know anyone that recently done a wide tire conversion usually the kits will send a 1/2 and 3/8's spacer in the kit. They may not have used the 3/8's. Worth checking.

Just fyi if yours is the same as mine.

thanks,

lionsqrne, does your heritage have a 150mm rear tire?

chromedome, what year model is your bike? And North Texas doesn't require washing too often either. A quick detail between washes does the trick.

jokr, I called them directly and spoke to Matt to inquire about the wheels.
