I recently bought an 06 night train. I could not pass up the price but there are some things that are a little weathered on it and will need replacing. I trying to prioritize but I'm having a hard time finding a console/dash (not sure what they call it, I've seen it both ways). Basically the part that holds the speedo and ignition switch. It's all back so I'm not sure if I want to go chrome. Does anyone know if the OEM plastic thing can be painted or should I spend the money and get a chrome one? Or can I buy another black OEM one?
