Default The X Bones handle bar on the HD website

Anybody checked the HD official website lately? In the intro pictures that you get once you open the home page one of the 3 pics is a customized X bones with custom paint and a different handle bar. I love the way that handle bar looks, anybody can tell me what handle bar that is? I thought it was a beach bar but I am not sure because of the curve on it is a bit different? or is it the shooting angle of the camera?

Love that handle bar

I agree, they look really good. Can't find them on the Harley website, but they are on the last but one page of the 09 catalogue too. I'm going to get a set for mine in the next few months, in chrome hopefully too. I do like the black theme, but it really suits the bike in the picture.

Default beach bars

Yes, they are the beach bars. HD has them in chrome, and they're fat so wires can be run internally... however, you cannot put heated grips on them. I got mine in black aftermarket. The chrome guy at HD hooked me up, so if black is what you want, they're out there...

Thanks for the tips guys. Oldskoolbones gr8 looking bike. I am just not sure yet whether I would go with the total black look as you did or a bit of chrome with the black. Basically I am talking about the pipes and the handle bars.

By the way oldskoolbones, how is the sound on those V&H pipes?

OldSkoolBones.... were you able to use the stock length cables?
I like how you changed a bunch of the "chrome" on the motor to black...

the V&H pipes sound AWESOME!!! they've got that low rumble, but when you hit the throttle, they get loud! You can get quiet baffles that will take the volume down a few db's per pipe, but I like the sound as is

First off Cheesecake, I love what you've done with you CB. The pipes are killer, and the air cover looks great. The cables on mine are stock, and yes, the engine covers are the crinkle black offered by HD.
