I know this is simple because I did this before BUT... Trying to remove the plug. Yanking on it and just won;t come off from socket. Am I missing or forgotten something??

 

I am ging to assume you took the little clips off the back. Mine just took a little (ok a little bit more than a little) elbow grease. Almost seemed like it was stuck on. When I put it back on I added some di-electric grease Kind of acts like anti-seize.

 

nt30, little clips? There's the big clip that holds the bulb in place. But, that;s after you take the rubber boot piece off first... Maybe plug is fused together a little. I replace original with a P3 higher wattage bulb this past winter. Looks like the low-beasm is out..
