johnnyvaughn.com will have all that info for ya, and get you a package deal for all the stuff you need. He uses barnett cables, goodridge brake lines, novello wire kits. What impressed me over using magnum shielding is the fact that he includes chrome banjo bolts at no extra charge. I used johnny for my bike. I used magnumshielding for my wife's sporty. The main difference was that I had to give magnum the lengths (johnny already knew) and they did NOT include chrome banjo bolts(johnny did). Otherwise they were both great to deal with.

I have the 12.5 chubbies and my cables were 4" over.

On stock risers.

I got my ext. kit from the dealer. Just cut to length after I ran everything thru the bars.

I used the Namz extension kit. It seemed to include everything the Novello did but at only about 2/3 the price.

I would not go any more than 4" over stock for a heritage
