Default question about wheel sizes for my rocker

i know the front wheel on a rocker is 19 inches. i'm planning on getting a 21 inch wheel for the front and i obviously have to stay with the 18 inch wheel in the rear. I'm worried that by getting the 21 inch wheel in the front it's going to bring up the front of my bike too high and it's going to look goofy.

what do you guys think? should i stay with the 19 inches in the front?

here is what it looks like now

Will a 21" wheel fit on the front without customizing
the fender?

you might have to do some re-adjusting, but i'm getting a new front fender anyway so if i'm going to do 21 inches in the front now is the time to do it.

I lowered my rear end 2", does not look strange. Raising the front with a larger diameter wheel should achieve about the same look.

i want to do the same thing. i think it looks great. the nighttrain has a 21" front with a 17" rear. alot of bike builders use a 21" front and 18" rear. it looks good.

the dealer i was talking too said that the 21" tires are usually a "lower profile" so it should fit just fine with the stock fender. although i would bet you would have to make some adjustments.

i am going to put on a new front end with a 21" wheel, bigger front tire (120/70-21) and a new fender. Just trying to figure out how to get the wife on board

yeah, that's what i was thinking too. the tire on a 21 inch rim is a lower profile so that should off set the size of the larger rim. I'm gonna go for it, just purchased the front wheel. now i'm gonna hunt down a bargain prize for the rear wheel (for some reason it's much more expensive then the front)
