Looks like your seat, and I'm assuming your tank bib, are like mine (stock)?

Does this fender bib match the styling of the seat and tank bib closely
enough for you?

I see the hole at this end... but how does the other end attach under or
near the back of the riders seat?

Yes, seat is stock. It matches ok. It is a little different but no one notices accept us Harley types. It has a velcro piece that fits under the seat. It has never moved or left the fender unless I remove it. As you can see in the pics, it does not fit completely flat on the fender. Their is a bulge in the middle. Not sure if all are that way or just mine. Again, no one notices accept us

fwiw - it works for me and have no intentions of replacing it. Sometimes I put a rack on to compliment it! lol
