Looks good. You did a good job and way to keep us posted. I would say you could go another quarter in the back maybe the full 2 but its up to you. Looks good either way. The guys from heartland sent me the second seat that fits a ez 250 kit not the ez 200. I have to mail it back to them. Not really happy about it. Nor do I have my light for my plate holder or my brackets. They have been cool on the phone but still. You think I should ask for a discount or something. Sorry for the jack man Im just not happy right now. Yours turned out great.

I may try out the extra 1/2 inch and see how it goes.
Which brackets are you waiting on? I was looking at their plate holders and like them a lot but I have a swing arm bag that I want to still use and need to keep plate on Axle mount. Don't they come with either lights or not at all?
I looked at the pic of yours, looks like your almost there. Do you still have mock up or can you get paint done while waiting on seat?

I am a little late to the game here, but great write up. I have the struts and am searching for a fender at a low price. Also, I don't quite understand where to wire in the signals. I have signals that only have one wire off them that are set up with a run turn brake module. If anyone has the actual instructions for the kit I would kill for them. I plan on cutting the fender to fit the tray in it as well as I have a power commander piggy backed on top of the ecm with a deeper tray and do not want to relocate the Power commander. If you have the instructions and are willing to scan them for me I'd be eternally thankful. Can't wait to get this started after reading this thread.

I'm late to this thread too. Thats a great write up. Nice to have a forum like this to come to for info. A write up like that is valuable when someone is thinking about taking on a project like that.

My struts say 250 on them so I think they are from the 250 kit. And they do not have the channels for the signal wires. I am sure there is a simple solution. Just need a fender and to start chopping now.
