oh yeah and by the way, I have a kuryakan smoke low profile tailight that should be here in a few days! Plus I am going to shorten the rear turn signals to where they only stick out around 1 inch!

So what kit did you use and how much was it? Did you do the work yourself? I would like to lower mine about an inch.

I bought a set of chrome adjustable shocks off of ebay for around 150 with shipping. I mean they are not progressive or anything but they work just fine. It took me and my bud about 40 min to get them off and change them out. Just put the bike on a lift, unbolt 4 bolts and take off the old shocks. These shocks were adjustable up to 2 inches. The cool thing is I can adjust the ride hieght while the shock are on the bike. Below are the exact shocks I just put on my bike. Hope this helps!!

One more question, what type of extended forward controls do you have? Do they have a built in res and master cylinder? I have been looking but have not found anything that I like that does not require replacing the brake line.

I bought the forward controls off of ebay. They simply replace your factory left and right bracket with a chrome one. they move your controls aout 3.5 inches and man is it better. I had to do nothing more than unbolt and bolt on. The kit came with everything I needed, from longer shift linkage to longer brake plunger. I only paid like 150 for the thing. I kow kuryakan at one time ws selling the same thing. Check around on ebay for forward controls, you should be able to find some. When I get home tonight, i will take some close up pics of the set up so you can see what I mean!

Hope this helps!

Looks sweet man. How do you plan on shorting the rear turn signals?

J&P cycles has a shorter shaft that is a direct replacement for the existing shaft on the bike. Here it is: http://www.jpcycles.com/productdetail.aspx?PID=3200491

I think it will make the turn signals look a lot better!
