got service manual?when you adjust throttle /idle when you
twist it it needs to freely go back w/out binding
clutch is pretty much how you like loose or firm

I cant get there at work now to post a link but if you look on youtube there is a video. On the clutch cable you'll see a rubber cover, you slip that off, loosen teh nut holding the longer threaded cable in place and once that is loose you can rotate the longer threaded piece. The spot I prefered was adjusting it to where there was about a nickle worth of space between the level and the housing.

do a search on this forum. There's a few good explanations on how to do adjustments.

the throttle adjusters are where there are two rubber covers as the cable leaves the throttle housing.. move the rubber covers up or down and you will see two nuts adjust accordingly. The cluth cable as stated by hellfish.. hope this helped
