It fit fine on my '05 Deluxe. If you decide to use a low or high Heritage Springer backrest pad, you may need to put a spacer on the back of the seat rail to get the correct adjustment for your back. There are several threads with pictures on this forum on how to do it. If you need some additional information, I can take pictures of the one on mine.
