Fatboy 21 inch front wheel question

Default Fatboy 21 inch front wheel question
I am looking to put a 21 inch Fat spoke wheel on the front of my 04 Fatboy. Already lowered in the rear 1 1/2 inches, chromed out and a set of 16 inch Carlini gangsters but befor I tear it down to get it painted House of Kolor Kandy Orange I want to put a big spoke on the front. Can I put a 21 on the front with the stock fender ? If so what size tire will I need to get. I would like to stay with a 3.5 inch rim and I wondered if this would work. I might go with a 18 if I have to but the 21 looks alot better.

well this question is a good one there is no real answer i have a 21x3 with a 90/90 21 avon tire on o3 fatboy with stock fender no probloms a 3.5 rim might cause you a problom with tire rub guess the size tire you chose will determ no way to really know just do it looks great with 21

yeah you can do a 3.5 as a front tire but I only seen with the heritage and deluxe fenders not the fatboys

21" front on a Fatty = Badass. Go with a low profile tire and get er' done.

I'm investigating the same for my Bones. Check out Dunlops website and see what the diameter of you stock tire is and of the tire your looking at. Then measure the clearance you have with your current fender. Allow at least .25" of clearance.

I couldn't do it with the stock fender.

It fits fine with a Heritage fender.

I put a 21 on mine and had to raise the fender inch and a half, does look better

yes but what size rim and size tire did you run rim 21 by??

and i did notice the widness of the tire on a 3.5 rim also makes a differance with haratige fender my gangsta white walls on my 16x 3.5 rubbed on sides of fender
