Rocker Hand Grenade Coil Replacement

There have been a couple of requests for the info on the replacement of the ugly hand grenade coil on the Rocker. Here are some pics and the info. It was actually the tech's idea at the local Harley shop, JD, so I give him all the credit. It turned out really nice and there are a ton of cool coil brackets out there (might be replacing mine in a year). Sorry for the indoor shots: Close up #1 Close up #2 I believe any single coil <1 ohm will work. I have two .7 ohms (DC9-4) from Dynatek and they work great. This one worked for me. Coil Cover: http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produc...fCatId=&mmyId= I really lucked out because the default .7 ohm coils are blue Motor Mount: Don't have an actual website for it, but the tech put a 2000-2006 Softail EFI mount on there. Doing a quick search, here is an all in one package. Thanks for the information El Gato Grande and the extra assistance you gave me finding the coil mount I was looking for! I have all the parts I need ordered to do the conversion, now I am just waiting for them to get here.
