Your rear sprocket is flat? How thick is the spacer?

I'm thinking the .5" offset is right for me. I've seen .2" and your .950" (for max clearance) and it seems that maybe the .2" is minimal clearance. .5" should be just right as long as I use the stock 200 tire....and the .5" offset sprocket is a bit cheaper than the .2"

Comes with the bolt lock:

.950" is with a wider swing arm, it won't work with a stock swing arm setup. The rear is flat and i haven't used a spacer as it's pretty right without it. A 1mm spacer would be all I need if I did do anything

Cool, good to know on your bike!

Check this from Zipper's.... I'm pretty certain they run a .2" offset:

SOFTAIL® 6 SPEED* ('07-'15): Choose between 24-25 teeth on the transmission sprocket; on the rear 46-65 (aluminum), 46-49 & 51 (chrome steel) and 49 & 51 (zinc steel). Suggested ranges: 24-26 front, 48-55 rear. Sizes outside of these ranges may require modifications for proper clearance. *Due to clearance limitations, chain conversion kits for 6 speed Softails® are only available with drag race chains

With a 3guyz .5" offset we move it outboard .3" more and 3guyz says this:

This is a bolt-on kit. You will need to provide a bit of inner fender clearance on the lower plastic fender skirt on the rear fender to make sure the chain rivets don't contact the fender.

I would think the Zipper's kit would require even more trimming....but no mention. Am I thinking right?

Yeah youre thinking right, .2 you'll need to trim a little more. Worst comes to worst you can always get a machinest to make a carrier spacer to move it out further if you have any clearance issues with the .2

I talked to 3guyz and he said the offset for my 07 is .3" . I'm gonna go with that.

Now I'm confused. I just went to 3guyz site and they only list .5" and .75".....ugggg

Edit, they list a .310" offset but it does not say 5 or 6 speed....it had a 1 where a 5 or 6 should be in the part number. I'll call them again.....
