Luggage rack with pad question
Would this type of luggage rack support a passenger? I'd like to customize a removable seat to attach to it.

I'd have to guess no. Most racks state there weight limits and most fall in the 10lbs category.
In most cases the passengers weight is supported by the rear fender with a more substantial support system.
