Default rent 'em both and go for a long ride

Having ridden both at various times, they are both a lot of fun and both have a nice look depending on what you're aiming for on a given day.

I'd call the rocker a "around town bar hopper" and the x bones something I might actually go somewhere on. The xBones is much closer to your Road King than the Rocker, so if you're looking to diversify your portfolio, I'd get the Rocker and keep the road king. It can always be "badded out".

All in all, though, I'd keep your road king as well if you plan on doing any amount of serious long distance riding.

LOL.

I don't know what the rocker runs (being an '08) But the xbones is too much for an '09.
I got mine in july for 17k w/security.
I'd let the price help decide if you are on the fence

That 17k included dealer set up and all the other charges too. They even throw in and installed a battery tender too.

Personally, since you have a good cruiser in your RK, id keep the RK and go for looks with bike #2 and take the rocker. Just my .02.
Personally i have a NT now and im keeping that as my looks/bar hopper and this spring im getting an electra classic for the long haul.

I love my XBones. The Rocker is also a great looking bike, but it boils down to which style you like better. I love the retro look of the XBones and especially the black springer front end. It is so classic old school. The Rocker, on the other hand, is futuristic looking...long and mean. It all is what rocks your boat. I can't believe you can go wrong with either.
