Default Leroy Thompson dice riser problem

Hey fella's I hope someone can help me out. I have a set of Leroy Thompson 2" dice risers, and a set of 14" carlini flyin ape hangers I am trying to install on my 05 Deluxe. My problem is the step down area on the bars where the risers would set, is not wide enough for the risers. I other words the risers clamp down a little over the thicker 1 1/4" section. Was wondering if anyone has run into this problem. Thanks for your help.

Your going to need a new set of risers or a different set of bars. Can't see anyway to make them work together if the spacing is wrong.
