Default Roto Plate Jr.

Received my Roto Plate Jr. and LED frame in the mail today for my Rocker C from topdownproducts.com . Nice piece of Kit it's well put together-very sturdy, quality chrome job and very sound axel mounting hardware.

I am a little concerned regarding the installation of the axle mount. The instructions are elementry however there are a couple of torque settings required to be applied to the axle bolt and mount hardware that concern me. Is this more of a shop job to be on the safe side or do I go buy a torque wrench and appropriate nut adapter and dive into this myself?
The instructions also talk about using a product called Lockrite....I haven't heard of it, has anyone else?
Thnks in advance

Sorry, I put the cart before the horse.

Did a search on HDForums for Roto Plate and got a world of knowledge to use when my garage is finished and I install the axle mount plate.
Any further questions I will post.
Thanks

It is an easy job, get yourself a good torque wrench, a Hex Bit Socket set, and the HD Softail Manual and you are good to go. Loctite is a thread sealer and comes in red or blue, you want the blue.
