Just a question i had asked this before and didn't get a response... well i ended up converting over to a 21 on a 2005 springer classic it was just a spare wheel a friend had for sale everything bolted up without any issues doesn't even seem to be offcenter only thing is it's a 21x2.15 i know they say to use the 21x3.5 haven't purchased this wheel from my buddy yet told him i wanted to make sure it fit so just gettin some opinions from everyone am i gonna run into any issues with this? i'll attach a pic Click the image to open in full size.

Off center? What's up with that?

The only bikes that have had issues with the 21" in front are a few baggers. For that reason anyone with a bagger is always advised to raise up the rear of the front fender but we have never experienced this issue with a softail.

Would one have to change the front fender if you go with the 21 wheel?

On a fatboy yes, on a deluxe or heritage, no. What bike do you ride?

only down fall is to me you need to lower the front end of the bike after the 21 cause it raises it quite a bit in my eyes

You don't need to. I haven't lowered my front, and it rides fine.

On that topic: does a night train, custom or anything with a 21" stock front wheel come lower up front?
