Try vividdragon.com they did my custom job and it fantastic. Job cost me 2200.00 and that was with him supplying brand new Harley tins.

 

When i ordered my Heartland kit I took off all my tins and tank and painted them myself. You can buy you a cheap gun, some plastic to build you a paint booth with and good quality paint and self etching primer. It is essential to get the right one when painting bare metal. I talked with a custom paint shop first. I used all dupont products and prolly only have 300 in my paint job. It is Chevy Gloss Black and I have been told by many how good it looks. By the way it was the first time i had ever painted with an air gun and compressor. The key is the sanding and buffing...Good Luck

Check out Colormania in California. Sprayed my bike two tone/pinstriped it and mounted tank badges. Shipped from New York to California and had them back to me in less than 3 weeks. And it is very nice paint. I think it cost me $1400. I believe a single color job through them is about $800.

Nope. Still toying with the idea, though.

The bike, a 2007 FXSTC, is presently the stock color; Suede Blue/Vivid black (this was the factory Custom color offered by HD in 2007).

The spare set of HD stock tins I have are also Suede Blue/Vivid Black.

I really like the stock color and graphic scheme, but I'm always looking for another color that would look equally as striking.

I like lighter colored bikes (blue, yellow, green) as opposed to darker colors (black, brown, etc.). Can anyone suggest anything?

Also, I like flames, but they've seen to be done to death. Can anyone think of any another cool graphics?
