Question 1998 Fat Boy - Circuit Breakers

When I was trying to start my bike for the first time this season I lost all electrical power. Assuming it ws a circuit breaker I found a box of 4 breakers under the seat next to the battery. Swapped out each one but still no power. Are there other breakers or is there another problem?

Did you check the battery cables? Make sure they are tight. Also check the ground for the battery cables. That is where I would start.

God suggestions. I failed to mention that I was cranking gthe bike and trying to start it. I had cranked for several minutes when I lost the electrical power.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Maybe a bit of exposed wire that is touching metal. Fuses are all good I assume? Sometimes jiggling the relays will help too.

Main breaker is on the fender behind the tranny.

The box for circuit breakers is on the rear fender as you say. It has four 15 amp breakers that I swapped out 2 at a time with the two new breakers I have. No change.

Since there is no power anywhere, is there a main breaker also?

I know this thread is old, but having the same issue with a 98 FXDWG, I can't find the main to test it. Any help would be appreciated.
