Default Hardbags on a Softail?

I was at an event last weekend and this Deluxe rolls by with hardbags like the ones found on Road Kings etc. Anybody have any info on this?

Don't know about that but you can get bags from a company called Leatherlyke that makes hard bags that look like leather, thus the name leatherlyke.

You may not like the cost but, check out CycleVisions...they have what ya need. It's called the BaggerTail kit.

I had the leather lykes on a VTX, Best bags I have ever had. They'er lockable, removeable, waterproof and you can even ice down err ehh pop in them! If I ever tear theese bags up or they get that droop going that's what I'll go back too. JB

cycle visions kit is the way to go, just did a couple of softails last week, pick up a set of hard bags on ebay.....are you are set.....they work well, and it looks cool.

I bought a set of used hard bags off an ElectraGlide, mounted Ghost Brackets to them (I have mild steel plates inside the bags to prevent the ABS from cracking where the bolts go through) and use them on my Night Train. The only thing is that I had to move the rear turn signals off the fender struts and onto the license plate mount. They work great and actually look ok too (I had mine painted flat black to match my bike)!
