Default 150 /80/16 Avon venom on the rear of a deluxe

Would a 150/80/16 Avon Venom www fit on the rear of a 2010 Deluxe with out a problem.Getting ready to put on my 21 front Avon venom and want the tread to match. Its very close in overall diameter, within a few mm.But it is about a inch wider,Don't think it would be a problem but wanted to check any way.Had these tires on my sportster and were the best tires I ever rode on. Thanks Tom

It will fit. Avon's are shaped differently making the width about the same. It will fit on a stock rim.

That's what I have on my Heritage, which is the same thing. In fact it could be a bit wider, maybe a half an inch, before coming close to touching anything.

I have the very same tire in front of my eyes now...im getting ready to put it on my bike also. Yes it will fit. There is only a fraction over a 0.5" difference between a stock Dunlop and the Avon. Once you have this tire you will ask yourself "why didn't i switch sooner". There is definately a nite and day difference between a Dunlop and a Avon.

Check out Stratplexi's bike...he has one on his Deluxe. And it looks SWEET! After seeing his bike with the Avon 150 on it...i then knew what tire i wanted on mine. Thanx Stratplexi!!

I purchased mine from American Classic motor for $190.00 shipped. 2 weeks ago. Mine arrived in 4 days as they have them in stock.

And just a few days ago i seen them on a link on this site for $176.00 dont know if that one included shipping. Go through the previous threads for the last 4 days and that site is listed. I'll look also.

Oh yea make sure to get the V rated not the H rated as there are two different rated tired for this style. V rated is meant for better top speed maximums. 149mph i think. not like your bikes gonna go that fast.

Guys, always check rockymountainatv.com for tire prices as well. Most of the time they are unbeatable and offer free shipping as well.

Example, the tire in question is $158.99 shipped for the WWW and $125.99 shipped for the blackwall

Great link, thanks!

I just got off their site and ordered a 150/80B-16 Avom venom BW for the rear at 125.99 and a MT90B-16 Avom Venom BW for the front at 111.99 and free shipping Total was 237.98 for both tires delivered!

Great price for these tires.
