Bike dies going down road
#21
Check the float bowl for crud and float level. If you find crud, you better pop your jets and clean. As for electrical, check at "kill switch" for proper wire attachment and no exposed wire grounding to frame. Check at Ignition Module for loose wire attachment and follow wires to Ignition Coil. If intact, unless you have pulled the ignition switch apart in the past, it is unlikely that a wire is loose and intermittently open, but there is a remote possibility (doubtful). I'd go after fuel starvation first.

Update: Bank sensor was the problem. It was the second sensor I bought and luckily that was it. After reading many posts and my service manual I started with the cam sensor and cleaned the crank sensor. Took a gamble with the bank sensor and the bike runs perfect. I put 120 miles on with no problems at all, now my lady wont be freaking out on our trip to Sturigs. Thanks for all the replies
