Clutch adjustment
I have an 06 heritage classic and my service manual is packed away from a recent move can someone refresh my memory on adjusting the clutch not the cable but the clutch itself ,I think its loosen lock nut turn adjuster in till it bottoms on pushrod them back off 1/4 turn but not sure.

You need to shorten the clutch cable first all the way. Then go under the derby, loosen the lock nut, take your allen and screw the adjuster in until contact and go a little further. Now rotate the allen back and forts to squeeze any fluid out from between the rods. Loosen until it releases and tighten until you feel it contact... come out 3/4 turn. Hold adjuster and lock the nut back down.
