Looks good!
The kit is called 12" Fat mini-apes.
The total rise off the top of the forks is 16" (12" for the bars and 4" for the risers. You called it exactly)
I dont think I would call that 16" inch apes though. I think with 16" inch apes that just refers to the rise of the bars themselves, so 16" apes combined with risers would be 20"

I purchased the black braided steel cables, wiring extensions, and polyurethane riser bushings (Magnum) through Dr. V-Twin.
They have sterling chromite (looks like chrome), and stainless steel also, I think. I preferred black
