Default AIr Cleaner cover...thoughts

I'm thinking of ditching my tear drop AC cover (see sig)and going with the open look, I just put on a blank CD so I could get a feel for it before I go shopping for a new one

Looks sharp! I like how you can see more of the motor, and its very understated. Nice!

Looks good. I may 'test drive' a CD before I finally make up my mind to get rid of the football cover.

My friend swears by the open K&N style Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle filter set-up.
He also has the "sock" covering it in case of wet weather.
Nice looking "Deuce" you've got there !
Where did you get your chrome swingarm covers and who's are they ?
Thanks,
Bobby.

I like the look of an open air cleaner far better than the football or the teardrop.

What do you do about cleaning bugs outa there? I just came back from a little over 700 mile ride in the last two days and I had a layer of bugs you wouldn't believe as well as enough honey to cover a toast.

Open air cleaners are all good until it rains. Keep this in mind if you tour.
