Default Fatboy risers- 4 1'2" will it fit?

I've got a 2003 fatboy with stock bars and risers, looking to get some pull back risers that get the seating position a little more relaxed - and I dont' want to mess with cables. Looking for a quick few inches of reach. I have seen some notes about 4 1/2" pull backs fitting, I asked the question to the seller on ebay, but he wasn't sure if it would hit the instrument panel...even though it's advertised as heritage-fatboy-deluxe.

If not is there another way I should go- deluxe risers maybe? But will they work on a 2003?

Last night I just finished putting on some Baron pullback risers. Four inches rise with a 1 1/2 inch pullback. No problem at all with cables. Feels now like where it ought to be for me. I'm 6'0" 32" inseam fyi. Oh yeah, I have a 2004 Fatboy (FLSTFI). These Baron risers are designed so that I think you can re-use the HD top riser clamping plate. The Baron riser screws that secure the top plate are in the same position as the stock riser top plate with the lower screws set narrower than the upper screws.
