Default My BR Custom bars

Took a couple of shots of them. I'll install them Friday. 13" rise should put my hands a couple of inches higher than the stockers.
They ended up an inch wider at the base than I asked for so they are going to overhang the width of the frontend 1/2" on each side.
A different look and will be easier to tell which Rocker is mine.

Have you tried talking with them regarding the issue of overhang? They do custom work, and with their reputation, I'm sure they would guarantee it. If you could post-pone your project for a bit, I'm sure they'd take them make and redo it for you.

Otherwise, those bars DO look amazing. I can't wait to see what they'd look like on your Rocker. I'd imagine pretty sweet!

My main thing is that little things can irritate you. If it bugs you now, you'll always look at it and say it's not quite right. It's not how you asked for it, and it's not what you were aiming for. Just call them and see what you can work out. I'm almost certain they will work with you to get things straightened out.

Not a deal breaker, but sure defeats the idea of custom made bars when they aren't made to your measurements.

The area between the knurling wasn't polished prior to chroming. So I'll have to cut so thin stainless and polish it up to hide the area left showing.
I'm using Carlini "Boob risers" I purchased from Bill, so it's not like he didn't know that area would show.

Other than that, they look great up close and he did a fantastic job welding and polishing them out. I emailed him about the knurling area but didn't catch the 11" vs. 10" until today.
I emailed him the day they were delivered and never got a response about the knurling area.

I have both Heartland turn signal clamps, (which I canceled the order and they sent anyway) and chrome pinch bolt mounts.
I'm going to try the pinch bolts first to see if it they look okay since it's a much cleaner mount.

Thanks guys. I'll post pictures once I get em on.

My apes came out 2" taller than requested. For the work they did, I'll deal with it. I also had some discoloration on a corner in the chrome. Not BR's fault as he is not the one who chromes his bars. I'd use him again.
