Have a trouble code? Forum members post several methods to clear different types of error codes. Sometimes, error codes can be caused by wires that have rubbed through and are shorting out. Be sure to check your ground connections to ensure it is not a simple fix before tearing your bike down.

Thank you for this info. I have both service manuals. I have no dtc's. only part numbers, which leads me to another concern, how do I look up these part #s so I know how to program the dynojet with the correct map? such as which ecm do I have?

I just had my 06 Standard FSXTI retuned (not a HD dealer) because I had just installed S&S gear driven cams. Had a Screamin Eagle EFI race Tuner installed and tuned in 06 after pipe upgrade to Vance & Hines Big Shots and stage II air cleaner. Now that it has been retuned I'm getting DTC codes P0134 (front oxygen sensor inactive) and P0154 (rear oxygen sensor inactive). As there is not sensors what in the tuning process needs to be changed to stop the codes from tripping?

Awesome! Just 1 question....how do I know which code to follow? I have Code 14 which could be 1 of 2 different problems...ET or Loss of ECM data. And of the 2 codes, how do I know if it is current or historic?

Thanks very much!

My dealer proposed to me to write down the DTCS and then reset the code memory. Then check which code reappears.
