Default Road King Custom Bars

I'm wondering if I can chage my stock 2006 Fat Boy bars over to a set of road king custome bars without changing the cables. Please advise...

Thank you

If it's the older RK Custom bars they should have about 13" of pb as I recall. That being the case, my guess is that you'll have to replace at least your brake cable and probably the others also.

I put the Wild1 version (RKII-518s) which have 14" of pb on a Deluxe and Heritage and had to go stock + on all the cables. I put the bars on first and then measured how much extra I needed. Ordered the cables and had them in less than a week. A set of high end cables should set you back no more than $250.
