Default Stainless/Braided cables and lines

2009 Fatboy. I need/want new stainless cables and lines for the front of the bike. I am changing the bars and switch covers and figure I should change the lines too. Question is, where should I get them. I could go to the dealer and pay god only knows what or I could go elsewhere and get probably better quality at a better price. I will need a clutch cable, throttle cable and brake line. Thanks....................

+2 on the Magnums. Got the Sterling Chromite II cables, and they are quality. Just installed my shorter clutch cable last weekend, and now fits A1. They do have a web site at magnumshielding.com. You can search on your make and model for cables. Are you changing bar height? They list them in minus to plus lengths.

Thanks, I will check them out. I am getting rid of the stock bars and putting a set from a Fatboy Lo on. I should not have to go longer, and was hoping stock sizes would work.

I just did the same swap on my 08 Fatboy- the Lo bars are a definate improvement in my opinion. I was able to use all the stock cables with a little rerouting. If my research is correct, the clutch and throttle/ idle cables are the same part no. for both and the Lo brake line is 4" shorter. However, when I go to the magnums I also want the throttle/ idle to be shorter. Hope this helps.
