Default Debadge & Denim Paint

I've been thinking of removing the Harley emblems on my gas tank. Is it possible to do on Denim paint? I have a 08 Train & don't want to scratch the paint.

Shouldn't be a problem. Actually less chance for scratching with denim paint.
Just warm it up and carefully remove with dental floss or fishing wire. Clean residue off with WD40 or so.

I'd be careful on the denim..might have an outline where the badge was..I know where the seat rubbed on the tank of my flht..it made it a little more shiny
I'd be afraid to use fishing line..might try just heat and try to pull em off..but then again..the residue..what would you use? dont want to rub too hard with any solvents

Removed with a blow dryer and two old credit cards. Use a screwdriver and carefully pry between the cards. Did not leave any glue or marks and could probably stick them back on with the same tape if I wanted too.

Took mine off with fishing line. Used my thumb to get the rest of the sticky stuff off. Oh yeah mine is denim black and it looks great too.
