The coolest colour I've seen was a flat pear white. In the rain, the water beads looked like they were standing right out from the paint. I know, not the colours that you listed, but if so, then a flat silver like the 100th aniv colour would be great also...

I actually thought about the flat white, but I'm keeping the wheels and controls chrome and I think flat white needs a completely blacked out bike to look right.

Paint the tank and fenders a metal flake of some color to really show them off.

I like it, nice job, how about a flat black with the red primer showing in places, the worn paint look

Haha, just noticed I said flat PEAR white instead of PEARL! You were probably wondering what I was talking about saying a white pear.

No matter what color you choose ****ing amazing!!!! I think I would go with something super custom like flat charchol with some old school pin striping in a crazy color like green or orange and some gold leaf lettering...but ive been drinking
