Say they fit softails but not 06-07 FXST. Do not understand why it will fit other softails but not mine. Anyone tried or have them installed on one?

Is there something that different with rear portion of the swingarm on the 200mm tire setup?

Appreciate any help.

 

The Swingarm itself is wider than a FL swingarm. I would guess it either doesnt have the correct contour to follow the arm or maybe it will contact the stock exhaust on the right side of the bike?

Didn't know if it was an exhaust issue. I have vh pipes so there is room.
