Default Rocker Tank lift kit suggestion please

I'm going to order my cables for my bars and risers swap on my rocker and the other thing i wanted to order was a tank lift kit. I have seen them, but can't remember where. Any idea where to get one? I am looking to give the rocker tank a bit of an angle look as opposed to the horizontal look the current tank position is in. Thanks!

I went with this one on ebay.

Was cheaper then the rest, and gives you the option to go with a 2" or 3" lift all in one. Seller was cool and it arrived in less than a week. Easy to instal as well.

The one Bonedoctor21 linked to looks like a home made one.
