well i finally got ride wright 21 inch fat daddy wheel ready to mount complete with a vee rubber 120 70 21 inch white wall, tube and dyna beaded came complete from Ride wright ready to install. Like country Deluxe tried to warn every one here on the form vee rubber tires are crap and ill confirm that there are just to many problems with them and we have all heard it here on the forum more than once. check out the pictures i have attached to this post and you decide. The thing that pisses me off the most is that ride wright let this piece of crap ship on my beautiful new fat daddy which now cannot be mounted and the tire will have to go back for a refund i will not accept another vee rubber tire they are total crap. dam don't any one check these things before shipping this is really unacceptable with all the problems that have been mentioned about these tires Ride wright ships me this piece of crap put this together with pegs problem with her rims which we have all read about and we all have to start wondering about whats going on with this company. what now ill have to have pay to have the tire removed to ship it back buy something else and pay to have it mounted no one would be happy about this.its total bull **** and ill be on the phone Monday letting sam at ride wright have a piece of my mine . There is absolutely no excuse for this the white wall is off so far you can see it right away it should have been caught they create there own problems and i hope they will make this right this now delays things a few more weeks and i have a good mind to ship the whole mess back for a refund .what ever happen to quality control i would have someones *** if they worked for me. we are paying top dollar for this stuff and this is what you get you can stick up for these guys all you like but this is unacceptable and it should have never happened ill be burning all weekend until i can get this guy on the phone

 

Another Vee Rubber bites the dust. Sorry to hear about this nikonf8. It really is hard to believe that RW would let this ship out. Especially after all of the bragging that people do about them and as high as their prices are compared to the other guys. I can't wait to see how this one ends.

 

yea i cant wait to get on the phone ill try tomorrow maybe someone will be there i am stewing over this its really unacceptable and from Ride wright who was the one that told me the tires were now perfect

 

Im Not gonna say I told you so. BUT DAMN. Why would a company send out something that looks like that? Nikon, you wasnt lying on the phone, that this is almost Funny, but in a Bad way. What in the HELL. Seems like people may believe what I said now about the Vee since you posted pics Nikon.

 

Seems like Diamond Back is going to take over the 120 WW scene now huh?

Yeah with all of the good reports that DNA has been receiving lately I wouldn't hesitate to send the whole thing back and go with a DNA wheel and save about $400.00.

 

Looking at the top picture it doesn't look like it's the WW that is messed up. It looks like the outer edge of the WW is the same distance from the tread all the way around. So that makes it look like the wheel itself is out of round or should I say a lower profile at the spot where you measured the 1/2" WW.

 

Thanks for sharing the pics Nikon, that really sucks, Ridewright havent done themselves any favours with this one, I cant understand why they would do such a thing, I think maybe it says alot for what they think of their customers, hope you get it made right.
