Yea, I've been looking on ebay for a good deal on a rear fender too.

mines not lowered yet but has the hard bags ,its a 03 standard did it all myself

This is before I lowered it 1.5 inches, don't have any current pictures but maybe this can help a lil.

Brackets are cyclevission bagger tail brackets, and Bags are take off's of a 09 FL to trike conversion. I got super lucky and ended finding a set that was Red Hot Sunglow same as my Deluxe, down to the pinstripes. Best part of all I got them for under $600 on EBay, "lots of patience"

Wheels and tires I clean with the Harley wheel cleaner, and a good all purpose kitchen brush to knock the brake dust. I have some more pics in my profile page.
